YSS Foundation collects only the information needed to run our programs and process donations, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
Name, email, phone number, and address when you register as a member, apply for a program, or submit a complaint or enquiry. Payment details when you donate are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card or bank details directly.
How we use it
To process donations and issue receipts, review applications for support or internships, verify member and certificate identities, and respond to enquiries or complaints.
Third parties we work with
We use trusted service providers to run this site: Razorpay for payment processing, and infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, and sending emails. Each only receives the data needed to perform its specific function.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting info@yssfoundation.com.
