Refund & return policy
Donations made to YSS Foundation go directly toward our programs and are, in general, non-refundable — once a donation is processed, it is treated as a final contribution to our work.
When a refund may be issued
We will review and may issue a refund in cases of a genuine error, such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount charged due to a technical issue with our payment provider.
How to request one
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@yssfoundation.com within 7 days of the transaction, with your donation reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a week.
Monthly (recurring) donations
You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us — future charges will stop, but past charges follow the same refund policy above.
